Naturopathy in Melbourne's inner north
Looking for help with gut health, hormones, fertility, skin, fatigue or stress? Four qualified naturopaths in Brunswick West take the time to understand your health, symptoms and individual needs. Your first appointment is a full 60 minutes, so there's time for a proper conversation rather than a rushed consultation.
What we help with
The naturopaths here work with a range of health concerns, taking the time to understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and individual circumstances.

Digestive health is one of the main areas the naturopaths here work with, including persistent bloating, altered bowel habits and food-related digestive concerns.

Support across menstrual health, fertility, preconception, pregnancy and menopause, including care from a naturopath who is also a registered midwife and nurse.

Skin concerns can have multiple contributing factors. Where relevant, your naturopath considers the broader picture, including diet, lifestyle, digestive health and hormonal factors.

Support when ongoing fatigue, prolonged stress, changes in weight or other concerns are affecting your everyday life.
Your first appointment
Your first naturopathy appointment is 60 minutes. There is time to talk through your concerns properly, understand your health history and work out what the next step should be.
1
Complete your health history
You'll receive a health history form before your appointment. Completing it beforehand means your first appointment can start with the conversation rather than the paperwork.
2
Review your health history
Your naturopath will go through your health history in detail — what you've been treated for, what you're taking, what's changed and when. This helps put your current concerns into context.
3
Discuss your symptoms and lifestyle
You'll discuss the areas that may be relevant to your concerns, such as diet, sleep, stress, digestion, energy and menstrual or reproductive health. Looking at the pattern across these areas can provide a more useful picture than focusing on a single symptom.
4
Physical assessment where relevant
Some concerns may call for a physical assessment. If one is appropriate, your naturopath will explain what they're assessing and why before proceeding.
5
Testing where appropriate
Testing isn't automatic. Where a test may help answer a specific clinical question, your naturopath will explain why it may be useful, what it involves and what it costs before you decide whether to proceed.
6
Your individual plan
You'll leave with a clear plan based on your consultation. This may include nutritional or herbal recommendations, dietary and lifestyle changes, and a clear idea of what happens next and whether a follow-up appointment may be appropriate.
Your initial naturopathy consultation is 60 minutes and costs $160. See our fees page for all current fees.

When herbal medicine is recommended, your naturopath selects and combines herbs based on your individual presentation, health history and treatment goals. Formulas can be adjusted over time as your needs change.
Rather than recommending the same product for everyone with the same symptom, your naturopath considers what is appropriate for you and explains how to use it.
Testing isn't automatic. Where a test may help answer a specific clinical question, your naturopath will explain why it may be useful and what it will cost before you decide whether to proceed.
