The label directions are one capsule of each with every meal, plus 15mL of chlorophyll in a litre of water sipped through the day. Lower Bowel Stimulant (AUST L 472197) is 100 vegetable capsules of cascara, buckthorn, liquorice, capsicum, ginger, Oregon grape, red clover and rhubarb; Activated Charcoal is AUST L 242093.
