Glutamine and choline with zinc, vitamins A and D, and extracts of shiitake, reishi, baical skullcap, perilla and milk thistle, which the label indicates for mild allergy relief and healthy immune activity including allergic rhinitis. Two teaspoons in water twice daily with food for adults and children over 13, and half that from 9 to 13, a season-long proposition rather than something reached for on a bad afternoon. 202g, AUST L 371331.

- Each 7.2g dose: glutamine 3.5g, choline bitartrate 1.5g, shiitake extract 375mg, reishi extract 353mg, baical skullcap extract 300mg, perilla extract 208mg, milk thistle extract 86mg, zinc bisglycinate 30mg (6mg zinc), vitamin A 750µg RE, vitamin D 12.5µg (500 IU)
- Label directions: adults and children over 13, 2 teaspoons in 200mL of water twice daily with food. Children 9 to 13, 1 teaspoon in 100mL twice daily with food
- Free from dairy protein, lactose, egg, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy, artificial colours and flavours
