Alergenics is a mixed-berry powder built around glutamine and choline, with zinc, vitamins A and D, and extracts of shiitake, reishi, baical skullcap, perilla and milk thistle. The label indicates it for mild allergy relief and healthy immune activity, including allergic rhinitis, hay fever, in ordinary words. It is stirred into water and taken twice a day with food, which makes it a slower proposition than an antihistamine and a different sort of thing: taken across a season rather than reached for on a bad afternoon. - Each 7.2g dose: glutamine 3.5g, choline bitartrate 1.5g, shiitake extract 375mg, reishi extract 353mg, baical skullcap extract 300mg, perilla extract 208mg, milk thistle extract 86mg, zinc bisglycinate 30mg (6mg zinc), vitamin A 750µg RE, vitamin D 12.5µg (500 IU)
- Label directions: adults and children over 13, 2 teaspoons in 200mL of water twice daily with food. Children 9 to 13, 1 teaspoon in 100mL twice daily with food
- Free from dairy protein, lactose, egg, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy, artificial colours and flavours
