The powder Metagenics used to sell as CalmX: 350mg of equivalent magnesium a dose, with taurine, glutamine, potassium, calcium, zinc, vitamin C and the B group, which the label indicates for relieving the symptoms of stress and maintaining nervous system function. Two level scoops in 200mL of water twice daily, and 482g is around 38 doses. Tropical and raspberry are the same product at the same price, AUST L 463878 and AUST L 491572.

- Each 12.7g dose: taurine 3g, glutamine 2g, vitamin C 500mg, magnesium bisglycinate (350mg equivalent magnesium), calcium 150mg, potassium citrate (100mg equivalent potassium), vitamin B6 25mg, zinc 10mg, with vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B5
- Label directions: 2 level scoops (12.7g) in 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional
- Tropical is AUST L 463878, raspberry is AUST L 491572
