MetaRelax is the powder Metagenics used to sell as CalmX. It is magnesium bisglycinate, 350mg of equivalent magnesium a dose, with taurine, glutamine, potassium, calcium, zinc, vitamin C and the B group. The label indicates it for relieving the symptoms of stress, supporting a healthy stress response, and maintaining nervous system function. Tropical and raspberry are the same product in two flavours at the same price, so pick the one you'll actually keep drinking. Paying here settles the price and reserves a tub. - Each 12.7g dose: taurine 3g, glutamine 2g, vitamin C 500mg, magnesium bisglycinate (350mg equivalent magnesium), calcium 150mg, potassium citrate (100mg equivalent potassium), vitamin B6 25mg, zinc 10mg, with vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B5
