UltraFlora GI Regulate is two things in one neutral-tasting powder: Lactobacillus plantarum 299v at 20 billion CFU a serve, and 5g of partially hydrolysed guar gum, a soluble fibre low enough in FODMAPs to suit people who react to most of them. Unlike the rest of this shelf it is a food rather than a listed medicine. Its label is a nutrition panel and carries no AUST L number, so it makes no therapeutic claim, and neither do we. It dissolves clear and tastes of nothing, which is the practical reason people stay on it. A fibre you have to chew your way through gets abandoned in week two. It lives in the fridge. - 150g neutral-flavoured oral powder, around 30 serves
- Each 5g serve: Lactobacillus plantarum 299v 20 billion CFU, partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG) 5g
- Serving suggestion: 2½ metric teaspoons (5g) stirred into 200mL of water until dissolved, once daily
- Low in FODMAPs and vegan. Free from dairy protein, lactose, egg, gluten, wheat, nuts, soy protein, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives
- Store at 2–8°C. Refrigerate, do not freeze
