UltraFlora IBS Soothe is one strain and nothing else: Lactobacillus plantarum 299v at 20 billion CFU a capsule. The label indicates it for the relief of symptoms associated with medically diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal pain, discomfort, bloating and excessive gas, and for alleviating mild gastrointestinal inflammation. Metagenics sold it as UltraFlora GI Soothe until the rename; it is the same capsule. Two pack sizes, same capsule. At one to two capsules a day the 30 lasts between two and four weeks and the 60 between four and eight, so the larger pack is the cheaper way to buy it once you know it suits you. It lives in the fridge. Paying here reserves a bottle from our refrigerated stock. Collect it from reception and get it home to a fridge, or ask us about posting it.
