A laboratory analysis measuring 31 elements from a hair or mane sample you collect from your animal at home. There is no kit posted out to you; you cut the sample and send it in. Results take three to four weeks from the day the clinic receives the sample. This is a screening measurement, not a diagnostic test, and the naturopaths here are not veterinarians: the report is for your vet to read, and it does not replace a veterinary examination. A suspected poisoning is a veterinary emergency and is not something to wait several weeks on.
